10 of 10 for comfort and location. 10 of 10 for reception staff also but for service staff I think they need training or may be they were overburdened on those days, their service level was not upto the mark of the hotel's standard specially the staff in restaurant on 1st floor.

I've stayed in Swissotel Maqam consistently for years. The location, the side entrance facing the old Hilton that helps me avoid the lifts in the Clock Tower, the many staff that are professional and helpful and respectful keep me returning again and again.
