I have travelled and stayed in many Hotels in many countries but I have NEVER received such a welcome and treatment from every member of staff. On my last morning as I entered the breakfast room it was noted that I was little unwell with sore throat and cough , probably from climate. But within a few minutes of sitting a pot lemon, ginger and honey tea was brought to my table ..without even asking! The kindness of the doorman, the reception and Concierge is a memory I will never forget You deserve 10 stars not just 5 stars . Thank you all !!!

The highlight for me was definitely when I realized I had forgotten my outfit after leaving the hotel, and you guys had it ready for me in no time! Thank you so much for being so helpful and accommodating. I really appreciate it! 🤍
