I'll start on a positive note: The lobby and security staff were excellent. The rooms were decent, but a bit dated. Now, the negatives: The restaurant service was abysmal. I understand that Europe doesnt have the level of service NA has, but this was egregious. My first night, I went to the rooftop for a drink and a snack while I waited for my fellow wedding patrons to arrive. It took over 30 minutes of walking around to find one staff member to order from. A sushi roll alone costs 60 CAD here. In two and a half hours, I was able to order 2 drinks. Then came the bill. It took me 30 mins to get someone to bring me the bill. The 2nd experience was even worse. The groom, bride and I met with the manager to make sure there was enough seating for 20 -25 people from the wedding party the next night. The groom placed a deposit. It was a set menu. At dinner, everyone got a drink and then it rained, so we were ushered inside. The food was fine, but nobody saw a waiter again. Nobody had water filled up, was asked for a second drink, the food was just bussed out. I literally walked to my room to have a beer while we waited for the next meal. There were 7 staff members in that room and just our table. My friend had to walk over to the corner were they were all talking just to get salt, which he asked for 6 times. Then the bill came: it took them an hour to figure out who had what bill despite being a set menu and everyone having one drink. We all paid. Then, they charged the entire dinner AGAIN, to the groom's credit card. The bill had to be reversed so he was charged on the FX twice. If you have ever eaten at a Denny's, you've had better service than here. Another thing: I didnt want my room cleaned. There was no need. However, the staff have quotas to meet and would beg people to allow them to restock or clean their rooms. My first night there a woman was yelling at them to stay out of her room because they entered despite the privacy light being on. My last night there, they did the same to me.

Hotel location was very convenient walking distamce from nishantashi shopping and restaurants and cafes. Hotel pool area and loby bar was perfect for spending time
