The view from our room over Marina Bay was outstanding. The room was comfortable and well appointed, and the service was excellent in the L65 lounge.

We stayed at Swissôtel The Stamford Singapore for our last two days in Singapore, and I must say it was a wonderfully comfortable and memorable stay. I booked through the Accor app, and as a Gold member, we received a complimentary room upgrade. What made the experience even more special was how warmly the staff welcomed us after seeing we were travelling with twins. They thoughtfully gave us one of the best view rooms, and the view was simply breathtaking. From our room, we could see Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, Merlion, and many other iconic spots. One evening, we even watched the light show from our room. My twins were absolutely mesmerized by the lights through the glass balcony walls — they kept saying “car car” nonstop while watching the city below, and honestly, that moment made me so happy. We also received complimentary drink coupons, which we used at night on their 70th floor while enjoying the stunning skyline view. The experience was truly mesmerizing. Thank you to the entire team for making our family stay so special and memorable.

My child was very happy upon entering the room as there was kids provided things that is not common with other hotels. Thank you for delighting and surprising her! She enjoyed the coloring pages and coloring pencils provided and child slippers provided. Greatly appreciate your extra effort of welcome message in the TV and extra bathroom amenities for kids. Wifi was fast, TV was working and the welcome drink was great too!
