This hotel is one of my favorites when travelling anywhere through Dubai. Staff are wonderful and the Hotel with recent upgrades is perfectly located and serves you well.

Thank you for reaching out regarding my recent stay on April 21, 2026. I would like to share my honest feedback, as unfortunately the experience did not meet my expectations. Initially, we booked a one-bedroom unit, but we were surprised to find that the room was quite old and did not reflect the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. It honestly felt closer to a much lower category in terms of condition and overall impression. After raising our concern, your team kindly moved us to a renovated section, which we appreciated. However, the new room was smaller and did not include a balcony. While it was acceptable in terms of quality, it still did not match what we had originally booked or expected. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations, especially for a 5-star resort experience. My wife, in particular, did not fully enjoy the stay due to these issues. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience in the future. Thank you for your attention, and I appreciate your efforts in addressing concerns during our stay.

Booked last minute as stuck in Dubai due to flight changes .. great location with awesome staff who were very proactive.. room was clean but a little tired.. No idea what was going on outside th room at 2 am but lots of noise ..
