The overall design of the hotel is every time again very impressive. The location with the beach, the restaurants, the pools, the shops, the outdoor planting, the gym and the very friendly service employee. It cannot be better - I love that hotel.

We stayed at Swissôtel Çeşme from 15–22 September with our one-year-old baby. Most importantly, our final night was extremely disappointing and completely ruined what had otherwise been a pleasant stay. On the evening of 21 September, the hotel held a large event in the garden directly in front of our room, with extremely loud music continuing late into the night. We were never properly informed about this event beforehand. When we complained, we were told that a letter had been put through our door, but we never received any such letter. We were told that the event would finish at midnight. It did not. After the event finished, the hotel then began dismantling the entire stage and equipment, creating considerable noise until approximately 3am. We had a one-year-old baby with us and were completely unable to sleep that night. To make matters worse, we had an early airport transfer arranged through the hotel the following morning, so we had to travel after getting virtually no sleep. What is particularly disappointing is that, despite complaining to the hotel, we were not offered any compensation or even a meaningful goodwill gesture. Hotels can of course host events, but there needs to be consideration for paying guests who are trying to sleep. Holding a large event directly outside guest rooms and then carrying out noisy dismantling work until 3am is simply not acceptable, particularly when guests have not been properly informed. We have photographs documenting the event and timings. This was a very poor decision by the hotel management and unfortunately left us with a very negative final impression of Swissôtel Çeşme. Management should seriously reconsider how events are organised when guests are staying in rooms immediately next to the event area.

Our first time stay at Swissôtel Çeşme was wonderful from the very first moment we arrived. What made our experience especially memorable was the exceptional level of hospitality and the genuine care shown by the entire team. From check-in, Berat Bey and Yağmur Hanım welcomed us with such warmth, courtesy, and professionalism. They were extremely helpful, attentive, and made us feel genuinely valued as guests from the moment we walked through the door. As our stay continued and we requested an extension, Berat Bey and his team, along with Ataberk Bey, Yaren Hanım, and Sinem Hanım, once again went above and beyond to assist us. Their patience, kindness, and willingness to help made everything effortless and stress-free. We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the Müşteri İlişkileri team, Bengüsu Hanım and Badel Hanım, for their thoughtful attention and warm approach. It is these personal touches that truly elevate a hotel stay from simply being comfortable to being genuinely memorable. At the restaurant, Ali Erdem Bey, the Restaurant Supervisor, stood out for his exceptional knowledge, professionalism, and friendly personality. He was always attentive and made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. And a special thank you to Gülsu Hanım at the beach service. Her attentiveness, warmth, and thoughtful service made our time at the beach particularly relaxing and enjoyable. A beautiful property is wonderful, but it is the people who create the experience guests remember. At Swissôtel Çeşme, we experienced a team that consistently demonstrated professionalism, kindness, and authentic Turkish hospitality. We had a truly wonderful vacation and felt very well cared for throughout our stay. Our sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to making our time at Swissôtel Çeşme so special. We look forward to returning and experiencing this exceptional hospitality again.

Breakfast and staff when breakfast time was the best thing about the hotel. Staff at the beach & pool were below average. Hotel did not make me feel anything close to premium neither luxury.
