I had a very pleasant stay at Swissôtel Living Jakarta Mega Kuningan. The hotel feels modern, comfortable and well maintained, and I especially liked the greenery throughout the property, which gives a nice touch of nature despite being in the middle of Jakarta. The room was comfortable and the facilities were great. I also appreciated some of the thoughtful details, especially the information provided about the food and the hotel’s sustainability initiatives. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Overall, a very comfortable experience and I would be happy to stay here again.

We had such a wonderful and comfortable stay at this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, cozy, and very well maintained, with excellent facilities including a sauna, gym, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. What made our stay even more special was the family-friendly atmosphere. The indoor and outdoor playgrounds are quite spacious, and our child absolutely loved spending time there. It was lovely to see how happy and excited they were throughout our stay. The staff were also incredibly warm and friendly. Everyone we met, from the security guards and front desk staff to the room service team, was welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their genuine hospitality really made us feel at home. The location is another big plus. It’s right in the city center and very close to a shopping mall, so it was incredibly convenient for us to go shopping, find places to eat, or simply explore the area. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and left with such a good impression of the hotel. It was a lovely experience for our family, and we would be very happy to come back again in the future.

First of all, I would like to thank you for the room upgrade. I chose this property for a short stay because I was attending an event near Mega Kuningan. From the moment I checked in, the staff offered a warm welcome and handled the process efficiently. My room was spacious, clean, cool, and tidy, featuring thoughtful touches like a refreshing drink and a welcome note—gestures I truly appreciated. However, there is one area for improvement: the soundproofing was poor, allowing sounds from the adjacent room—such as people chatting—to be clearly audible; whether due to the walls lacking sound insulation or some other factor. After the event, I ordered in-room dining; the service was prompt and the food was delicious—simply perfect! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your property and will certainly return to spend some leisure time here. Thank you.
