I really enjoyed my stay at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. I am from group. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and I had a really good night’s sleep. I also loved the modern atmosphere of the hotel and the convenient location in PIK. Breakfast was another highlight of my stay. There were plenty of choices, and everything I tried was delicious. Overall, I had a lovely experience and genuinely felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely come back to Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Jakarta.

It was comfortable stay whereas housekeeping done good job. Too bad the breakfast place too crowded as in too many waiters as not served properly.

I had booked the hotel for 1N stay due to the volcanic eruption that prevented me from flying back. When I had to extend for 1 additional night and then subsequently cancelled, due to confirmation of return flights, the front desk and manager graciously allowed for a refund. Restaurant staff Fiya was also very attentive during breakfast service.

We went for a staycation and had a great time! At the breakfast, Fiya and team took good care of us and specially of our little one!
