Our room was not ready when we arrived at 8 pm, and the room floor was not well cleaned. Otherwise, the stay was nice mostly due to the very good location for our needs.

I chose Swissôtel Singapore based on its strong online reviews, and there’s no doubt that the property is well located and visually impressive. The rooms are modern, the views are excellent, and the overall atmosphere feels premium. We booked a higher-floor room with 65th-floor Lounge access, expecting a superior and more comfortable stay for the family. However, I feel the staff could have been more accommodating in several areas. The biggest disappointment for us was the very limited vegetarian food options in the Lounge. We had specifically opted for lounge access thinking it would enhance our experience, especially considering the higher room cost. Unfortunately, the vegetarian spread was extremely minimal. Since I am a non‑drinker, the lounge didn’t add much value for my family. Most of the offerings seemed to be non‑vegan, so the lounge access ended up being of very limited use for us. A special mention to Mr. Chery, who genuinely tried to help by arranging vegan options at his level. His efforts were appreciated, but it didn’t fully compensate for the overall lack of vegetarian and vegan choices. In summary, while the location and property are excellent, the experience—particularly around service and food options—did not match the premium pricing of the higher-floor room and lounge access. For vegetarian, vegan, or non‑drinking families, the lounge may not offer the value you expect.
