I left my stay feeling very disappointed. For a 5-star hotel, the level of service fell far below expectations. There were multiple issues throughout my stay, including showers flooding, a complete lack of housekeeping, and poor customer service. The overall experience was not welcoming, and staff did not appear attentive or responsive. On one occasion, I was even kept awake in the middle of the night due to a shower overflowing, which was both frustrating and unacceptable. Given these issues, I struggle to understand how this experience could be considered satisfactory, especially at the standard your hotel claims to uphold.

Perfect location near Masjid al Haram. The beds were very comfortable especially after so many walking. Breakfast was varied and delicious!

This has become part of my routine when I visit for Umrah . So Swiss hotel makkah is like a home for me and my family. And shall remain so for a while As long as you keep it the way it is. Thank you

Food quality is horrendous and the service is awful. Check-in procedure needs to be streamlined as it is very slow and frustrating.
