From check-in to check-out, from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff, every member of your team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, attention, and kindness. Thank you for doing everything possible to ensure that my stay was seamless and truly enjoyable. The level of service was comparable to that of a palace , if not even better. I would also like to extend a special thank you to the Executive Lounge team, who, as always, were excellent, welcoming, and consistently smiling. Their service truly enhances the experience. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding and made us feel truly welcomed. The staff was courteous, professional, and always eager to help with a warm smile. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, offering excellent comfort and stunning views. The amenities were top-class, and every detail reflected luxury and care. The housekeeping service was prompt and maintained the room impeccably throughout our stay. The food was another highlight — a wide variety of delicious options, high quality, and excellent presentation. The breakfast spread was especially impressive. The hotel’s location was perfect, making it easy to explore Dubai’s major attractions while also providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. Best part of the location is that Everything like Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, Dubai Fountains, The Address( Sky View Observatory) etc are just a walk away from our hotel. Overall, this was a memorable and truly 5-star experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai and would definitely love to stay here again.

Hi, enjoyed staying at swissotel al murooj, downtown for a week staff were exceptional from catering to reception, especially Cleo, Raina from reception, concierge. Also Shiva who whenever saw us around the hotel asked if everything was okay

Overall the experince is good however the furniture is too old and need to be changed and you need to pay more attention to the cleanness of the appartment and to find a solution for the insects.
