We stayed at swissôtel and we are very disappointed with the stay, firstly the guy at the reception couldn't find my payment, after atleast 45 mins of long look around he finally found the payment. I booked the family room for my family and we so disappointed to see the room in a reputable 5 star hotel. The shower was in the tub

The staff were supportive and friendly, and the amenities were top notch. The hotel was also strategically located for most of the activities we scheduled to do. Huge thanks to the team! Very bad customer service. When I called to make a payment, the lady at the reception had tons of attitude and she was very impatient and didn’t want to answer my questions. She told me that if I want to pay for my mom’s stay upfront, I need to write an email and request a link. When I told her to spell the email, she just hung up the phone. My mom always stayed at Swisshotel when she travels to Dubai. That was her last stay there. I refuse to pay for a place with such a poor customer service at the reception.
